Age Limit of BEL Recruitment :- Upper Age Limit : 50 Years as on 01.01.2011 (relaxable in case of SC / ST / OBC / PHP candidates as per Government guidelines & also the upper age limit may be relaxed in case of deserving candidates / experienced candidates at the discretion of management).
BEL Pay Scale :- 12,600 – 3% – 32,500/- . All emoluments put together, the CTC will be approximately 4,00,000/ – per annum. TA / DA for out station duty will be given as per rules.
Selection for BEL Recruitment :- The selection will be through a Written Test & Interview.
General :- The term would initially be for a period of 5 Years and is extendable based on the performance of the candidates & the requirement of the company.
