You are required to make formal application in prescribed format as per scheme guidelines and send it through proper channel along with necessary documents to the Deputy Secretary (Travel Grants), University Grants Commission, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi -110002.

You may attach a copy of the print out of Online Registration Form bearing Online Registration No. to enable UGC office to search and link your application with the Online Register and keep you updated of the status of your application.
